System includes means for determining availability for Guest ordering of menu items from one of multiple order fulfillment center located inside the Venue that has identifiable seats occupied by guest to self-order selected menu items from a device screen. It applies to Wedding, Meeting, Events or Stadium. eMenuTouch Seat Tracking system identifies the seat code and steward can deliver the ordered menu items to the patron seat.
